CITY GRIT Benefit Dinners
September 29-31, 2024
It’s been 10 years since CITY GRIT hosted a dinner in NYC. It is time we returned to Nolita,
where it all started. Join us September 29 – October 1 for a series of four-course dinners featuring wine from some of our best friends and favorite wine makers. Each dinner will feature four courses showcasing CITY GRIT – a mix of modern American fare and Spanish-inspired small plates from our restaurant in South Carolina. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas with the goal of raising $25,000 in funding earmarked for a family who has to relocate to NYC for treatment.
Each dinner will offer a silent auction with gifts such as Today Show experiences, an all-access pass to Feed the City in Columbia, VIP experiences at Telluride Food & Vine, gift card bundles from some of our NYC restaurant friends, an Orange Glou Wine Club Subscription, and a mixed case of California Wines.
As always, there will be plenty of wine and merrymaking of the kind we are known for at every Chef's Dinner Series event! Please consider joining us for this special evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring a 4-course tasting menu professionally paired with exquisite wines. The venue is a special place place too. Chef's Dinner Table, a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft, offers the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.
Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill.
About Children’s Cancer Partners (CCP) of the Carolinas:
This year CCP will provide food, travel, lodging, support, and an advocate to 2,300 children
fighting cancer in the Carolinas where only nine out of 146 counties provide pediatric
oncology care. CCP provides advocates for the child seeking treatment, as well as for the parents and any siblings in the family. It relocates the entire family together, making sure they have a level of relief from the financial and emotional strain that a childhood cancer diagnosis inevitably creates.
