Chef's Dinner Table invites you to celebrate our new partnership with Sea Cloud Cruises, one of the world's most illustrious names in cruising, as we announce the San Juan Guest Chef Series onboard the Sea Cloud Spirit for the January 2025 Puerto Rico sailings. Curated by award-winning food writer Kathleen Squires and Ronnie Rodriguez, proprietors of Chef’s Dinner Table in New York City, each of the four new itineraries will be hosted by an acclaimed chef handpicked to showcase the island’s culinary culture. In charge of the meal for this special occasion will be our Culinary Director, Julie Carrión, who will be the guest chef on the second of four sailings. Her Caribbean-inspired menu will reflect the level of cuisine you can expect on the Sea Cloud Spirit yacht. Canapes and four courses will be professionally paired with an exquisite wine program by our sommelier.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Julie Carrión will be the guest chef on the San Juan, Puerto Rico roundtrip sailing January 10-17 and will lead interactive pasteles-making classes while onboard. The voyage ports include Virgin Gorda/British Virgin Islands, Norman Island/British Virgin Islands, St. John’s/Antigua and Gustavia/St. Barthelemy. A native of San Juan, Julie spent the early years of her culinary career in New York training under Top Chef Master Anita Lo, and then Montreal-based chef Normand Laprise of Toque, before accepting a position at Restaurant Daniel, the year that Daniel Boulud won back his coveted fourth star from The New York Times. After nearly a decade with Yale University as Executive Chef, catering to the university’s President and elite guests, Julie is now the Culinary Director of Chef’s Dinner Table, a private dining venue and culinary salon in New York City.
