Chef's Dinner Series Presents... A Cookbook Launch Party!
March 28 2025 | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM132 Mulberry Street, Suite 502, New York, NY 10013
Chefs Dinner Series celebrates the launch of a mouthwatering and beautifully-photographed cookbook from chef Scott Clark, photographer Cheyenne Ellis, and guest author Betsy Andrews, whom you may recognize from our popular literary salon, Read the Room.
Coastal: 130 Recipes from a California Road Trip is a celebration of California cooking with more than 300 photos that capture the beauty, magic, and bounty of the Pacific Coast. From acclaimed chef Scott Clark, this inspired collection of crave-worthy recipes, gorgeous photographs, and vivid stories takes us on a road trip beginning at his beloved restaurant, Dad's Luncheonette, in Half Moon Bay and ending in Ventura County. Along the way, it visits the fishermen, crabbers, farmers, winemakers, and foragers who stretch along the Pacific Coast Highway between San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Sounds like soup for the soul in the middle of our New York winter! Warm up with us in an intimate and inviting space, where you will have the opportunity to meet the chef, co-author, and photographer of this beautiful piece of culinary journalism. Advance copies are available with your ticket purchase! Chef Scott Clark has planned an exciting menu that evokes the culinary diversity of the California coast.
Please join us for this special evening of fine yet relaxed, California-style dining and conversation featuring a 4-course tasting menu professionally paired with wines. The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.
Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night. A portion of the ticket price will go to World Central Kitchen to feed Los Angeles residents affected by the wildfires.
