Chef's Dinner Series Presents... Cedric Gayon

132 Mulberry Street, No. 502, New York, NY 10013

This  dinner event is one of a series featuring up-and-coming chefs in the New York City area who offer innovative approaches to multi-course dining experiences.  Please consider joining us for this special evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring a 5-course tasting menu professionally paired with a series of creative cocktails by bartender Eric Maldonado, beverage director for Elysian Cafe.  Chef Cedric Gayon has planned a special menu celebrating the five experiential tastes of the human palate: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami.  The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.

Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night.
